Fifteen years behind the chair, the last six of them here. I keep one chair on purpose — it means your appointment is the only one running, and nobody is rushed out the door.
If you’re coming from another salon, bring a photo of what you liked and a photo of what you didn’t. The second one is more useful.
Before you come in
Arrive with your hair as it normally is. Freshly washed isn’t necessary and, for colour, day-old hair is easier to work with.
If you’re running late, email as early as you can. Past fifteen minutes the appointment usually has to be shortened so the next one isn’t pushed back.
